Senior M365 Engineer – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Infrastructure Engineer (M365) to join a global organisation’s regional infrastructure team in Singapore. You will work in a highly available enterprise environment, supporting modern Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud platforms, automation, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Manage core Microsoft services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, DFS, File Services and SQL Server.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Horizon VDI and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services – Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender.
• Implement backup and disaster‑recovery solutions using Rubrik.
• Develop automation scripts with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and other tools.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cybersecurity and business teams on projects.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for critical production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Horizon VDI and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Backup technology experience, preferably Rubrik.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
