Senior Manager, APJ Serum Business

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the APJ Serum Business. You will drive commercial performance, pricing discipline, and market growth across the Asia‑Pacific region while collaborating with sales, supply chain, marketing, and country leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer trends to shape commercial initiatives.
• Lead portfolio positioning and new product introductions to expand market share.
• Develop and enforce disciplined pricing strategies and governance.
• Partner with sales leadership to balance commercial flexibility with pricing discipline.
• Collaborate with global supply chain for demand forecasting and supply allocation.
• Strengthen SIOP processes to improve forecast accuracy and business predictability.
• Work with country commercial teams to create effective channel strategies.
• Drive dealer engagement, capability development, and execution excellence.
• Enhance sales funnel visibility and pipeline discipline using Salesforce (SFDC).

• Proven senior leader with experience in commercial strategy, pricing, and demand planning.
• Strong ability to align cross‑functional stakeholders and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and business acumen in dynamic market environments.
