Senior Manager – Business & P&L Owner (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior leader to take full ownership of the giga! business for a 12‑month contract. The role combines P&L responsibility with leadership of brand, product and operations to drive growth, customer experience and profitability in a fast‑moving, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full P&L, delivering revenue growth, cost control and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business KPIs.
• Lead brand strategy, positioning and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Define product roadmap, pricing, packaging and value propositions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operations, customer support and process optimisation.
• Mentor and lead a cross‑functional team across marketing, product and operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and report performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with full P&L ownership, preferably in telecom, digital or tech‑driven businesses.
• Strong challenger mindset with a track record of driving innovation.
• Experience in fast‑paced, agile environments and ability to adapt quickly.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating plans into execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
