Senior Manager, Fab 10A - Oct MAE

About the role

Micron Technology is hiring a Central Team Senior Manager for its Fab 10A site in Singapore. The role drives improvements in manufacturing capability by delivering industry benchmark methods at the lowest cost and implementing global standards across process areas, aligned with Micron's business plan and strategic objectives. It works closely with SITES, Procurement, Global Quality and other OCT departments, and requires international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Support the site in mitigating risks on its priorities by mobilizing the relevant Central Team subject matter experts.
• Help the site meet targets on MAE programs across all pillar programs.
• Build and implement processes to improve %UD/SD performance globally.
• Create a library of area-level best-known methods (BKMs) for equipment and process engineers covering equipment setup and associated processes.
• Collaborate with SMAI to integrate systems and improve equipment performance.
• Lead the team, use benchmarking to close gaps, and prioritize and execute continuous improvement projects globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or process.
• Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence indirect leadership.
• Experience managing large, multi-layer groups spanning a variety of fields.
• Recognized for performance excellence and viewed as an effective mentor, team builder and motivator.

Required skills

• Managing through systems, organizational agility, ambiguity and listening.
• Proficiency in AI or AI-enabled ways of working where applicable.
