Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) role at Disney is based in Singapore and supports Disney Cruise Line Singapore and Walt Disney Maritime Japan. As a strategic HR leader, you will partner with senior leadership to deliver integrated HR services covering talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management and leadership development, helping bring Disney's experience to life for Cast Members and Guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and consultation on emerging business trends and innovative HR solutions.
• Lead HR for Singapore-based Crew Operations and Labor functions, covering shipboard operations, workforce management and labor alignment.
• Lead the setup of the Disney Cruise Line Maritime Japan office, including HR infrastructure, processes and local partnerships.
• Drive knowledge transfer and information sharing on shipboard operations in Japan.
• Design and execute strategies to improve organizational, team and individual performance.
• Carry out talent management processes to meet current and forecasted talent needs.
• Deliver consultative HR solutions to clients and influence leadership decisions.
• Coach and develop individuals and teams, and foster a supportive environment aligned with Disney values.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR experience and 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• Experience in the cruise or hospitality industry.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Preferred: proven Disney Company functional HR experience.
