Senior Manager, Human Resources

About the role

Changi Airports International is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead its Compensation & Benefits agenda while partnering with senior leaders on strategic HR initiatives. This high‑impact individual contributor role offers broad exposure, significant ownership, and the chance to shape the future of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's compensation and rewards strategy, including annual salary review, promotions and performance bonus exercises.
• Develop, review and enhance compensation policies, frameworks and practices to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Conduct market benchmarking and remuneration analyses to support competitive pay practices.
• Partner with business leaders on job evaluation, grading and compensation proposals.
• Review and recommend enhancements to employee benefits.
• Leverage workforce and compensation data to generate insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement of rewards practices while ensuring strong governance and compliance.
• Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development and employee engagement.
• Contribute to HR transformation initiatives, policy reviews and digitalisation projects.
• Provide practical advice on employee relations and support organisational change efforts.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market benchmarking and data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
