Senior Manager – Institutional & VIP Business Development (APAC/EMEA)

About the role

Crypto.com is seeking a senior‑level business development leader to drive institutional and VIP sales across the APAC and EMEA regions. You will act as the primary bridge between high‑net‑worth clients and the company’s full suite of digital‑asset services, from exchange and OTC to custody and tokenised real‑world assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and onboard institutional prospects such as hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms and asset managers.
• Promote Crypto.com’s tokenised RWA offerings, educating clients on product mechanics, use cases and risk profiles.
• Position the complete Crypto.com ecosystem – exchange, OTC desk, custody, CFD liquidity and RWA instruments – to meet client needs.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinating with legal, compliance and operations to ensure rapid “time‑to‑trade”.
• Maintain and grow a book of business, driving retention, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, regulatory trends and client pain points to product and strategy teams.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in institutional or VIP sales within the crypto or digital‑asset space.
• Strong understanding of real‑world asset tokenisation and regulated derivatives.
• High‑energy, hunter mentality with the ability to manage the full sales lifecycle autonomously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, legal, compliance and operations.
