Senior Manager, Marketing

About the role

The North Face is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead its brand growth across Rest of Asia (ROA). Reporting to the APAC Marketing Head, you will shape consumer‑centric strategies, drive integrated campaigns and ensure the brand’s DNA resonates with explorers throughout the purchase journey.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the ROA go‑to‑market (GTM) roadmap, seasonal brand plans and campaign calendars in alignment with global and APAC guidelines.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Omnichannel, Sales Ops, Product and global marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
• Manage the ROA marketing budget, track spend monthly and optimise ROI against financial targets.
• Act as the brand gatekeeper, overseeing creative assets, digital/social, retail and BTL activations to maintain brand standards.
• Support new store openings, athlete and outdoor community programmes, and consumer research to inform market‑specific tactics.
• Coach, develop and expand the ROA marketing team, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive culture.
• Provide guidance to market‑based brand managers and ensure consistent execution across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and other priority markets.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in brand and product marketing, preferably within the outdoor or consumer goods sector.
• Strong track record of people management and cross‑functional collaboration across APAC markets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that drive both brand equity and sales.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience in budget planning, performance tracking and ROI optimisation.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills for APAC markets are a plus.
