Senior Manager, Medical Talent Acquisition

About the role

NHG, one of Singapore's leading public healthcare clusters, is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Talent Acquisition to lead strategic recruitment across its medical workforce. The role influences how NHG attracts, engages and hires medical professionals locally and internationally, building a strong pipeline of talent to support healthcare delivery now and in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across NHG institutions to develop and run recruitment strategies for medical talent, especially specialist doctors, and anticipate workforce needs to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for medical professionals in Singapore and international markets, using professional networks, referrals, digital platforms, medical schools and industry associations, and organise recruitment events and overseas talent attraction initiatives.
• Work with Employer Branding teams on attraction campaigns, recruitment marketing and engagement strategies, and build relationships with universities, training institutions, professional bodies and healthcare communities.
• Build partnerships with clinical leaders, senior management and HR stakeholders, and manage recruitment agencies, search firms and external partners.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as hiring outcomes, pipeline health, time-to-fill and source effectiveness, report insights to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Workforce Planning or Executive Search.
• Track record partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, and experience developing sourcing strategies and managing complex recruitment projects.
• Preferred: experience recruiting healthcare, medical, life sciences, academic, research or pharmaceutical talent, exposure to regional or international recruitment programmes, and experience managing recruitment agencies or search firms.
