Senior Manager – Projects (3‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of construction works for the RWS 2.0 Expansion. The role oversees daily site progress, manages relationships with internal teams, consultants and contractors, and ensures projects meet regulatory, safety, quality and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the project team in developing and managing construction works for the RWS 2.0 Expansion.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional business units, project managers and consultants, monitoring daily site progress.
• Conduct pre‑qualification and tender evaluations to appoint suitable consultants, contractors or vendors.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure legal compliance.
• Oversee planning and implementation of new‑build developments and enhancement projects.
• Provide project‑management and technical support to business units for facility upgrades.
• Collaborate with contract and costing teams on claims, obligations and variation orders.
• Work closely with the Employer’s Representative to deliver projects within budget, schedule and contract specifications.
• Manage construction works focusing on cost efficiency, timely delivery, quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Minimise operational disruption and revenue loss during project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or Building.
• 5‑7 years of experience on large‑scale development projects.
• Meticulous, highly motivated and independent with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of public/private sector procedures and procurement requirements (advantageous).
• Experience managing mega‑scale projects (advantageous).
• Resourceful and able to multi‑task.
