Senior Manager – Quality Service (ROMM & SYC)

About the role

The Syariah Court (SYC) and the Registry of Muslim Marriages (ROMM) are key institutions serving Singapore's Muslim community. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a centralized Quality Service Unit, ensuring high‑quality, client‑focused services across both organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of officers handling daily operations for SYC and/or ROMM, ensuring smooth service delivery via phone, email and other channels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and overall experience.
• Lead communications, outreach and stakeholder engagement with government and non‑government agencies.
• Develop and implement public communication strategies, including crisis communication plans and media relations.
• Analyse service data to generate insights, support decision‑making and maintain data security.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in administration, management or finance.
• Strong interest in Muslim social, legal and family issues.
• Excellent analytical, managerial and leadership abilities.
• Proven capability to design and improve customer journeys and service processes.
