About the role
NIQ is seeking a Senior Manager for SA&I to lead its Customer Success team. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, translating their strategic and tactical goals into actionable insights and data‑driven stories.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of research analysts to deliver high‑quality, actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing, sales, and category teams.
- Coach, develop, and inspire analysts, fostering career growth and innovative approaches.
- Manage internal projects to ensure client requirements are met with the best NIQ‑GFK CMI solutions.
- Deliver analytics and insights services, including guided analytics training for products such as Brand Health, segmentation, usage & attitudes, customer experience, shopper, and qualitative research.
- Identify new opportunities during client engagements and hand them off to account development.
Required profile
- Proven ability to maintain high client centricity and satisfaction.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing analyst teams.
- Deep understanding of client business priorities and how analytics can support them.
