Senior Manager Supply Chain APAC

About the role

The Senior Manager Supply Chain APAC will lead demand planning, distributor management and supply delivery across the APAC region. Based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, the role reports to the APAC Leadership Team and partners closely with commercial, manufacturing and global supply functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end demand planning process, including forecast creation in Kinaxis and monthly IBM review cycles.
• Manage relationships with distributors, co‑manufacturing and co‑packing partners across South East Asia, North Asia, ANZ, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and global supply planning to align supply with commercial targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecast accuracy metrics such as case fill rate, WMAPE and days‑of‑inventory.
• Lead a cross‑functional team, ensuring alignment with operations business integration, quality & regulatory compliance, global trade and order‑to‑cash functions.
• Provide visibility on purchase order and demand trends to commercial leads and highlight gaps for proactive action.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain or logistics within a multinational environment.
• Strong functional and people leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple cultures.
• Solution‑oriented, business‑focused mindset with an end‑to‑end view of the supply chain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills at all organizational levels.
