Senior Manager, Talent Management (Early Careers)

About the role

A major technology organisation, described as a highly regarded and progressive company at the forefront of digital innovation and transformation, is strengthening its talent pipeline through Kerry Consulting. It is looking for a Talent Management professional to lead its early careers development agenda and broader talent management work, based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and enhance the graduate development programme, designing structured rotation frameworks and meaningful development pathways to build future talent capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop rotation strategies, identify developmental opportunities and set up frameworks for a consistent, impactful graduate experience.
• Contribute to broader talent management work, including talent identification frameworks, succession planning and talent pipeline development.

Required profile

• Degree-qualified with established experience in talent management, talent development or early careers programme management, ideally in large, complex organisations.
• Strong track record in programme design, structured talent development and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing graduate rotation programmes or similar talent initiatives is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to talent identification, succession planning and development frameworks is well regarded.
