Senior Manager – Testing, Intelligence & Investigations (Anti-Doping)

About the role

Anti-Doping Singapore (ADS) is seeking a senior‑level professional to lead its Testing, Intelligence and Investigations function. The role will design and deliver anti‑doping testing programmes, gather and analyse intelligence, and conduct investigations to protect athletes and uphold clean sport in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement an effective anti‑doping testing programme, including risk assessments and test distribution plans for in‑competition and out‑of‑competition testing.
• Determine testing priorities, sample types and coordinate testing at national championships in collaboration with organisers.
• Manage and direct Sample Collection Personnel, ensure proper documentation, and oversee timely shipment of samples to accredited laboratories.
• Record and maintain doping control data in the Anti‑Doping Administration and Management System (ADMS).
• Monitor testing outcomes, analyse relevant information and adjust the testing plan as needed.
• Liaise with local and regional stakeholders, athletes and other anti‑doping authorities to promote clean sport.
• Prepare and deliver required reports on testing activities and investigations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in anti‑doping testing, intelligence gathering or investigations, preferably within a national anti‑doping organisation.
• Strong knowledge of the World Anti‑Doping Code, International Standard for Testing (IST) and International Standard for Intelligence and Investigations (ISII).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work with sport bodies, organisers and law‑enforcement partners.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to produce accurate documentation and reports.
