Senior Manager – Wellness Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Wellness leads the operational and financial performance of APEC’s wellness portfolio across the APEC region. You will shape the strategy for existing spa, fitness, longevity and holistic retreat facilities while driving the development of new wellness concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and financial results of all managed wellness facilities.
• Partner with Project Development and GDAP teams to define operational requirements for new wellness projects.
• Facilitate introductions and negotiations with external wellness partners, owners and regional teams.
• Create and implement wellness standards to improve efficiency, service delivery and product offerings.
• Conduct regular facility evaluations covering budgeting, marketing, financial performance and service levels.
• Support corporate and brand wellness marketing plans and champion the rollout of wellness software systems across all locations.

Required profile

• Strong market insight with the ability to design, develop and launch brand‑relevant wellness programs and services.
• Proven experience defining standards, specifications and performance measurement frameworks (sales, profit, guest satisfaction).
• Ability to advise senior leadership on wellness strategy, new business opportunities and operational improvements.
• Track record of developing and delivering training programs for wellness teams.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity and best practices.
