About the role

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at Hilton Singapore Orchard. You will welcome visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensure a smooth, courteous experience throughout each stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Register guests by entering and retrieving data from the hotel’s computer system, confirming room rates and occupancy.
  • Promote Hilton Honors membership and deliver personalized service to members.
  • Handle guest payments, vouchers, traveller’s checks and other forms of payment accurately.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries promptly, relay messages, and manage mail, packages and special items for guests.
  • Record and resolve guest complaints, conducting research to find effective solutions.
  • Assist with special requests, coordinate with other departments, and support the Executive Lounge team.
  • Maintain calm and alertness during emergencies or high‑traffic periods.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas for service improvements.

Required profile

  • Strong understanding of departmental objectives and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, clear speaking voice.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
  • Attention to detail when managing guest accounts and payments.
  • Willingness to learn and apply hotel standards through training.
