Senior Manager – Workplace & Facilities Management (1‑year contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead corporate office fit‑out and building reinstatement projects on a one‑year contract. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to delivery, handover, and post‑project evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver office fit‑out works, including design development, procurement and construction phases.
• Coordinate designers, consultants and contractors to create functional workplaces while ensuring quality, safety and compliance with building codes.
• Control budgets, track costs, evaluate variations and implement cost‑control measures.
• Lead reinstatement projects to return premises to original or specified conditions, overseeing demolition, make‑good and restoration activities.
• Liaise with property managers, statutory agencies and contractors to ensure smooth handover and lease compliance.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, provide regular progress updates and manage expectations.
• Identify risks, manage contract administration, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience managing fit‑out and reinstatement projects, preferably with government procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems and reinstatement procedures.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
