Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Executive you will build Škoda’s brand presence in Singapore from the ground up. You will own end‑to‑end marketing initiatives that turn interest into leads and leads into sales, working closely with leadership to launch bold ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and monitor integrated marketing campaigns, managing media vendors, creative agencies and production partners.
• Track KPIs, produce post‑campaign performance reports and oversee campaign budgets.
• Plan and execute product launches, roadshows, motor shows and customer events, coordinating sponsorship activations and showroom experiences.
• Create and approve POS materials, showroom merchandise, website content and digital assets.
• Support digital marketing strategy, influencer collaborations, social media content planning and performance tracking.
• Propose and manage market research projects, analyse data to improve campaign effectiveness and provide regular updates to HQ.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely payment processing.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with retail exposure.
• Strong grounding in advertising, events, media planning and budgeting.
• Excellent copywriting ability and a creative eye.
• Fluent spoken and written English and a valid Class 3 driving licence.
