Senior Occupational Therapist – Nursing Home (Tampines)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client’s nursing home network in Tampines. You will help seniors regain independence and improve quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess physical, cognitive, psychosocial and occupational needs of senior clients.
• Design and implement evidence‑based intervention plans to promote functional independence.
• Conduct training sessions for caregivers and family members.
• Prescribe mobility aids and assistive devices, including motorised equipment.
• Perform home environment assessments and recommend safety modifications.
• Participate in quality improvement projects, clinical research and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and institutional standards.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with elderly populations in a nursing home or community setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
