Senior Outreach & Admissions Manager

About the role

The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is seeking a senior leader to head its Outreach, Admissions and Scholarships team. Reporting to the Head of Undergraduate, you will drive student recruitment, manage outreach events and oversee scholarship processes across five engineering schools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships (OAS) team, set performance goals and implement SOPs.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies targeting prospective undergraduates, including polytechnic and international student recruitment.
• Coordinate flagship events such as NTU Open House and the annual EASE Tea Party.
• Build and maintain partnerships with pre‑university institutions, industry leaders, alumni networks and internal university offices.
• Support admissions and scholarship processes, manage intake plans and produce weekly application reports.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree; Business, Marketing or Mass Communications preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in student recruitment, outreach or higher‑education marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• IT‑savvy with ability to leverage digital media for outreach.
