Senior Partner Project Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Partner Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale live‑entertainment events. You will act as the central hub between event organisers, internal product, engineering and support teams, ensuring every milestone is met on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of major events from contract signing to final close‑out.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, coordinating internal departments and external partners.
• Communicate product and process requirements to headquarters and collaborate with product/engineering to prioritise and deliver features.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Q&A repository for the user‑support team.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Attend on‑site launches or critical dates as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Strong analytical, organisational and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Fast learner with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Highly organized, efficient and curious about innovative concepts.
• Ability to interact with event partners, brands, agencies and talent.
