About the role
We are seeking a Senior People & Culture Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations and support our growing team. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Post job advertisements, conduct phone screenings, arrange interviews and prepare MOM‑compliant employment contracts.
- Submit and renew Employment, S‑, and Work Permits via myMOM, handling cancellations and appeals.
- Coordinate on‑boarding and off‑boarding activities, including orientation, IT hardware issuance, access rights, asset collection and exit interviews.
- Gather monthly payroll inputs, verify overtime/claims, liaise with payroll vendor and prepare CPF, IR8A/IR21 and SDL reports.
- Organise welfare activities, training logistics (SSG/SkillsFuture) and support performance review cycles.
- Oversee pantry and office facilities, seating plans, basic repairs, courier/mail services and small office moves.
- Monitor and renew statutory licences (bizSAFE, Fire Safety Certificate) and update policies to reflect changes in the Employment Act, PDPA and WSH regulations.
- Support HRIS/process automation, ESG/DEI initiatives, audits and other ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of HR generalist experience.
- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal and empathetic skills.
- Track record of planning or hosting employee engagement events.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Required skills
- Proficiency with myMOM portal for work‑pass administration.
- Experience using HRIS platforms for process automation.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF and IRAS filing requirements.
