Senior Platform Engineer, DevSecOps

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and operation of automation platforms that empower our developers. In this role you will ensure compliance, reliability, and observability across our infrastructure while supporting rapid delivery of software.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation tools and scripts to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery pipelines.
• Create reusable automation patterns for common development and deployment tasks.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and automation scripts to guarantee high availability and performance.
• Develop mechanisms to automatically provision monitoring, logging, and alerting for new services and projects.
• Integrate observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK into deployment workflows.
• Coordinate work items and issue resolution within the DevSecOps team and with application teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers and system administrators to understand needs and provide support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development, DevOps, or system administration.
• Prior technical leadership experience (e.g., technical lead, application support lead) is advantageous.
• Strong background as a developer, preferably with .Net Core and ReactJS.
