Senior Procurement Specialist – Singapore B2B & Public Tenders

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level procurement professional to lead end‑to‑end sourcing, supplier development and public‑tender activities for our operations in Singapore and abroad. The role combines strategic sourcing with hands‑on management of B2B wholesale and government contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle – from sourcing and quotation to negotiation, purchase orders, delivery coordination and supplier performance evaluation.
• Identify and qualify local and international suppliers, negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts and delivery schedules.
• Lead preparation, submission and administration of government tenders on platforms such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard and SESAMi.
• Monitor tender opportunities from public‑sector buyers including statutory boards, educational institutions and healthcare organisations.
• Maintain a reliable network of qualified manufacturers and ensure compliance with quality, cost and delivery targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply‑chain management.
• Hands‑on experience with Singapore B2B wholesale trading and participation in government tenders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both domestic and international procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑management capabilities.
