Senior Product Designer, Chat Experience

About the role

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of chat and interaction‑heavy features for its crypto platform. You will shape intuitive, trustworthy, and visually appealing experiences that drive user adoption and engagement across a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Innovate socially‑driven, interaction‑heavy features to enhance user experience and foster meaningful connections.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define problems and deliver user‑centered design solutions from concept to polished execution.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and conduct evaluative research.
• Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision for your area of ownership.
• Elevate design quality through formal design reviews, presentations, and design‑thinking workshops.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing consumer‑facing chat or instant‑messaging platforms.
• Strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset, taking initiative and continuously improving your craft.
• Experience designing for chat, social, or user‑to‑user interaction features.
• Deep expertise in creating engaging, user‑centric experiences.
