Senior Product Manager, Liquidity Platform

About the role

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system for global commerce, is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its Liquidity Platform in Singapore. The platform keeps money in the right place at the right time, covering safeguarding, rebalancing, cash investments, bank account management, counterparty risk and the data foundations behind them. As Senior Product Manager you will own a critical part of the platform, defining strategy, shaping the roadmap and driving execution with a primary focus on safeguarding, while also owning bank account lifecycle management, counterparty risk monitoring and contributing to AI-powered liquidity insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and execution for key areas of the Liquidity Platform, focusing on safeguarding and adjacent risk and control capabilities.
• Design and deliver compliant, scalable safeguarding automation to support new market launches and keep product logic accurate as regulations evolve.
• Drive structural improvements to safeguarding operations, including buffer management, FX exposure management and interest returns on safeguarded cash.
• Own the bank account management roadmap (opening, changes, closure) to improve data reliability and reduce manual overhead as the partner network grows.
• Build counterparty risk capabilities so Airwallex can proactively monitor and mitigate exposure to partner banks.
• Drive intelligent cash reporting and analytics so Finance sees accurate positions and reliable forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including strong product management experience in fintech, financial services, payments, treasury or other regulated industries.
• Experience owning and prioritising multi-quarter product roadmaps in complex cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM with strong academic achievement.
• Preferred: experience with liquidity management, safeguarding, bank account management, treasury infrastructure or counterparty risk; experience with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Financial Partnerships or banking partners in a regulated environment; experience supporting global or multi-market product launches with regionally varying regulations.
