Senior Product Manager, Teacher Professional Learning Platforms

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead the design, development and scaling of platforms that support teacher professional learning across Singapore’s education system. You will shape the vision and roadmap for AI‑enabled learning tools and core platforms that reach thousands of educators daily.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own the long‑term vision and roadmap for teacher professional learning platforms, from content discovery to collaborative classroom practice.
• Partner with MOE headquarters, schools, and external agencies to define success metrics such as teacher growth, classroom impact and time saved.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, scalable tools for educators, including semantic search, RAG copilots and video annotation.
• Prototype and validate early‑stage AI‑enabled learning experiences and improve end‑to‑end educator journeys on mature platforms.
• Reduce workflow friction, scale systems across divisions and build alignment across policy, operations, engineering, design and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level product management experience, preferably in education or public‑sector technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work with government stakeholders and large, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong track record of turning AI research into usable products that drive user behaviour change.
