Senior Product Specialist – Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Product Specialist to join our global healthcare team. You will act as a bridge between our innovative therapeutic solutions and healthcare professionals, helping to improve patient outcomes across oncology, neurology and fertility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own account value propositions that benefit both partners and our organization.
• Promote and detail clinical data, delivering compelling product presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and drive growth within the assigned territory.
• Engage proactively with customers, providing updates on therapeutic areas and products.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Monitor market intelligence and execute sales & marketing initiatives on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards and pharma codes of conduct.
• Prepare and submit timely reports and task updates.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of pharmaceutical sales or related experience.
• Self‑motivated, independent and proactive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address discerning customer needs, especially in Women’s Health, General Paediatrics or Endocrine Care.
