About the role

The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) seeks a Senior Professional Officer to lead and expand its Robotics and Embodied AI capabilities. Based in the purpose‑built campus at Punggol Digital District, you will work in a living lab environment, bridging industry challenges with academic research.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry‑relevant research in embodied AI, simulation, digital twins, cybersecurity, and robot operations.
• Develop, validate, and deploy next‑generation robotic systems at precinct‑scale.
• Collaborate with government agencies, robot manufacturers, and end‑users to solve practical deployment challenges.
• Build shared digital infrastructure and contribute to translational research projects.
• Integrate industry insights into curriculum and mentor students on real‑world robotics applications.

Required profile
