Senior Program Manager (CGT)

About the role

Lonza is hiring a Senior Program Manager (CGT) in Singapore, an office-first role where you act as a strategic partner to customers and lead internal teams to deliver programs on time, within budget and to the expected quality. You will work primarily in the office, with the option to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

Key responsibilities

• Act as the interface between the customer and Lonza, ensuring execution and delivery meet both parties' expectations.
• Understand customer needs and represent their interests on site.
• Manage projects using PM Standard Work processes and lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver scope objectives with the highest quality.
• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle through relationship management.
• Share best practices in PM tools and methodologies locally and adhere to Global Program and Project Center of Excellence standards, including data integrity in Planview.

Required profile

• Degree in a Life Sciences field or equivalent experience with commercial acumen or project planning experience.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• Experience in an FDA-supervised biotech/pharma industry in a project management capacity.
• Business and customer interaction experience in a CDMO highly preferred but not crucial.
• Knowledge of clinical research and experience moving products from clinical to commercial manufacturing is an advantage.
