About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead prestigious private, commercial and public projects within our growing firm. The role involves overseeing design development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants throughout all project phases.
- Guide design development and implementation, ensuring high‑quality detailing.
- Manage client relationships, addressing expectations and feedback.
- Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of local project management experience in architecture.
- Demonstrated excellence in design development and detailing.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects (BOA).
- BOA registration preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
