Senior Project Engineer (Electrical)

About the role

DLM Pte Ltd, an M&E engineering company in Singapore, is hiring a Senior Project Engineer (Electrical). The role leads complex electrical projects, working closely with the Project Manager and taking ownership of technical, site and coordination functions from planning through completion and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Technical leadership and engineering coordination
• Project planning and scheduling
• Site execution, technical supervision and quality control
• Stakeholder coordination
• Cost and procurement support
• Testing, commissioning and technical handover
• Team leadership and mentorship
• Risk management

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical works
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Strong project management skills covering timelines, resources, budgets and team performance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, contractors and cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software, with a strong understanding of drawings
