Senior Project Management Manager – Hospital Infrastructure

About the role

The Hospital Development team is seeking a senior professional to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of hospital infrastructure projects. You will work closely with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure that design, construction and post‑construction activities align with the Group’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the collection and tracking of project requirements, coordinating with consultants, employer’s agents, users and contractors to meet project timelines.
• Facilitate design, construction and post‑construction discussions, ensuring user requirements are captured, approved and documented.
• Manage contractor performance on‑site, addressing user needs and coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Support budgetary planning and control, ensuring designs stay within approved cost limits.
• Administer the project in a structured, compliant manner, aligning processes with institutional policies and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Act as project secretariat, coordinating information sharing and keeping abreast of healthcare planning trends.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management within the healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
