Senior Project Manager / Associate Director - Infrastructure

About the role

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director for its infrastructure practice in Singapore. The role provides project management leadership for public sector infrastructure projects, planning, coordinating and delivering works in line with regulatory, safety and stakeholder requirements, from early engagement through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver public sector infrastructure projects within approved scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring timely decisions.
• Liaise with public sector clients on requirements, approvals, reporting and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and statutory requirements, including PSSCOC and WSH.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and changes, and implement mitigation measures.
• Monitor progress, cost control and resource use, and report regularly to management and clients.
• Oversee contractor performance and coordinate procurement, tendering and contract administration where required.
• May supervise or mentor graduate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers or Project Managers depending on project scale.

Required profile

• Recognized degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years' project management experience, preferably in public-sector infrastructure projects.
• Valid PSSCOC with strong knowledge of WSH and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with Singapore authority processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Preferred: experience with, or similar to, public sector agencies.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision and engage senior stakeholders tactfully.
