Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Port Development)

About the role

You will lead the planning, design, supervision and overall project management of major land reclamation and port development works for Tuas Port Reclamation 2 (TPR2). The role involves coordinating technical, contractual and financial aspects to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management and supervision of consultants handling construction management, contract administration and site supervision.
• Track work progress, manage expenditures and monitor the Contractor’s Programme of Works for Tuas Terminal Phase 2.
• Prepare technical specifications, oversee tendering processes and award of consultancy/construction contracts.
• Address technical matters such as caisson construction, sand key dredging, reclamation filling, soil improvement and related agency interactions.

Required profile

• Training in civil engineering (preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management or site supervision of infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) for construction works.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional Engineers Board Singapore registration is advantageous.
