Senior Project Manager (Coastal)

About the role

The Senior Project Manager (Coastal) will lead reclamation and related site activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive the project to successful, timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the reclamation project and associated site works.
• Manage Resident Engineers and Resident Technical Officers on‑site.
• Collaborate with Project Management, QP(S), QP(D), client, contractors and local authorities.
• Resolve contractual issues together with the Contract Administrative Team.
• Chair regular site progress meetings to address and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering recognised by BCA/IES/ACES.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in infrastructure, reclamation or marine projects.
• Membership with the Society of Project Management (Singapore) or PMP/PMI certification.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and deadline‑focused.
