Senior Project Manager – Delivery Excellence

About the role

Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery‑excellence initiatives for ERP/CRM implementations. You will own projects from initiation through post‑deployment, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations while driving stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Create detailed plans covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assemble, lead, and motivate cross‑functional project teams.
• Monitor progress, adjust timelines, and mitigate risks to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Manage project budgets with transparency and cost efficiency.
• Facilitate clear communication and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations, capture lessons learned, and document best practices.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience managing ERP/CRM implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering full‑life‑cycle projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/CE and Power Platform preferred; other platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) also considered.
• Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and project‑management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly valued.
