Senior Project Manager (Hardware)

About the role

Razer is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development and commercialization of consumer hardware products. You will own the full product lifecycle from concept through mass production, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete hardware NPI lifecycle, including concept, EVT, DVT, PVT and mass production phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, risk assessments and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as product management, industrial design, engineering, AI/software, quality, regulatory, supply chain, marketing and manufacturing partners.
• Drive engineering build planning, issue tracking, yield improvement, validation testing and production ramp readiness.
• Work closely with suppliers, OEM/ODM partners and contract manufacturers to meet tooling and production timelines.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect schedule, cost and quality.
• Lead regular project reviews, status reporting and executive updates.
• Continuously improve NPI execution using Agile/Scrum and structured project management methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in hardware NPI project management, product development or engineering program management.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering consumer electronics projects from concept to mass production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management and product qualification.
