Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Systems Integration

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the integration and delivery of complex infrastructure, network and systems projects in a multi‑platform environment. The role involves coordinating internal teams, external vendors and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, timeliness and completeness of procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Manage internal resources and vendors to meet project schedules.
• Handle scope variations through the change‑management process.
• Respond to escalations and incident reports promptly and drive them to closure.
• Resolve cross‑functional resourcing conflicts across projects.
• Conduct kick‑off presentations, project meetings and resource scheduling with the customer.
• Maintain an engagement rhythm with the customer and ensure satisfaction.
• Produce project reporting and technical documentation in line with company standards.
• Provide on‑site governance of technical deployments when required.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule, and support sales during the bid phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of ICT project management experience.
• Valid PMP or CITPM certification.
• Strong ability to plan, track, monitor, report and close projects.
• Technical understanding of integrated environment deployment design and leading networking/systems technologies.
• Engineering background; knowledge of patch cabling is a plus.
• Proven vendor‑management expertise and ability to build professional customer relationships.
