Senior Project Manager

About the role

Univers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead hybrid OT‑IT projects that deliver real‑time energy optimisation and carbon‑monitoring solutions for its global clientele. The role combines on‑site operational technology deployment with cloud‑based solution architecture, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site installation and deployment activities with strategic clients, partners and vendors.
• Design and oversee cloud, data and application architectures that translate client requirements into measurable business value.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risk, cost and change, guaranteeing delivery on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across departments.
• Lead problem‑resolution efforts, monitoring critical issues and communicating progress to clients.
• Continuously improve project management processes, documentation and best‑practice standards.
• Analyse delivery outcomes to identify client needs, support product enhancements and uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to engage senior‑level clients with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of IoT platforms and extensive experience in the new‑energy sector (wind, solar, storage).
• Exceptional leadership and cross‑functional coordination capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align project objectives with broader business goals.
