Senior Project Manager

About the role

BW Offshore is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale deepwater FPSO development in Singapore. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete FPSO project across all phases – concept, tender, FEED, engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Develop and control project budget, schedule and technical inputs for bids and contracts.
• Lead high‑performance project teams, set goals, allocate resources and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, yards and subcontractors to resolve technical and contractual issues.
• Ensure the delivered unit meets safety, regulatory and performance requirements, including high uptime and low maintenance.
• Oversee HSE performance, risk management, cost control, invoicing and reporting throughout the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10‑15 years of experience delivering offshore oil and gas projects, preferably FPSO conversions.
• Proven track record in EPC/EPCIC execution, fabrication, conversion or construction activities.
• Professional project‑management certification is a plus.
