Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager leads the QA function, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across products, processes, and operations. This role works in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with internal and external stakeholders and supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain programs, policies, procedures, and methods to monitor and improve product, material, process and operational quality.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives that foster employee engagement, quality awareness and operational excellence.
• Manage all quality‑related matters, including customer issues, internal concerns, investigations, audits and corrective‑action implementation.
• Plan, conduct and support internal, customer and external audits to ensure compliance with customer, company and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Notifications, Engineering Requests and Process Change Notifications; participate in Yield Teams and other cross‑functional improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a quality‑management role.
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of IATF 16949 and full‑scope quality‑system auditing.
• Proficiency in FMEA, OCAP, Control Plan and SPC.
• Statistical analysis and problem‑solving methodology.
• Project‑management capabilities.
