Senior Quality Manager

About the role

EnviroDynamics Solutions is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing quality standards across its high‑mix, low‑volume production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain QMS architecture, SOPs, and site control guidelines.
• Oversee hardware validation activities, ensuring precision, tolerances, and reliability of integrated systems.
• Drive expansion change management, including customer change notifications, technology transfers, and line‑qualification.
• Serve as technical authority for product acceptance testing, material dispositions (MRB), and quality documentation.
• Lead internal and supplier audits, CAPA governance, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
• Champion HSE risk management, hazard identification, mitigation planning, and incident investigations.
• Partner with engineering to deliver operational excellence programs that reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing team of quality professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial engineering or quality experience in a production environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep experience in high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing of complex electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Proven stakeholder management and technical writing skills, especially with corporate clients.
