About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves managing the full cost lifecycle of high‑rise building projects, from tender preparation through to contract administration.

Key responsibilities

Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties.
Value progress claims and variation orders.
Handle post‑contract administration duties specific to quantity surveying.
Perform additional contracts administration tasks as required.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably on high‑rise building projects.
Good knowledge of Singapore contract laws and SIA/PSSCOC conditions.
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Available for a 5‑day work week.
