Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation, tender preparation and contract administration for construction projects in Singapore. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and vendors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budget estimates, cost checks and tender submissions.
• Review specifications and drawings to define scope and costing structures.
• Manage contractual requirements, variations and progress claims.
• Carry out quantity take‑off for tendering and ongoing works.
• Evaluate price comparisons and produce costing summaries.
• Monitor actual construction quantities against contracts to control costs.
• Assist in project scheduling and attend site meetings with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor’s or higher degree in Building Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore construction, main contractor or builder environment.
