About the role

NUHS is recruiting a Senior Radiographer. The incumbent performs radiographic examinations using general or advanced imaging modalities such as ultrasound, CT, nuclear medicine, MRI and angiography, while supervising student radiographers and contributing to quality improvement.

Key responsibilities

Perform radiographic examinations in general or advanced imaging modalities (e.g. ultrasound, CT, nuclear medicine, MRI, angiography)
Provide excellent service and care to patients
Follow safe work practices, including patient safety, radiation protection and infection control
Supervise student radiographers
Take part in quality improvement projects and quality assurance programmes

Required profile

Recognized diploma or degree in diagnostic radiography
Registered or eligible for AHPC registration
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, mammography, CT or angiography is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts including weekends, public holidays and on-call duties
