Senior Recruiter – Banking

About the role

AMS is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to partner with Deutsche Bank hiring managers and business leaders. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for key banking functions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role briefing, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct workforce planning and talent mapping for future needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while meeting hiring targets, SLAs and quality standards.
• Ensure recruitment data accuracy, process compliance and adherence to regulatory and client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven recruiting experience within the banking industry, preferably across Investment, Corporate or Private Banking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3‑4 days onsite per week).
