Senior Retail Sales Manager – Jewellery

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning jewellery house, is looking for a Senior Retail Sales Manager to lead daily sales operations, nurture client relationships and ensure flawless execution of events and inventory processes. You will act as the bridge between front‑line sales activity and back‑office reporting, driving revenue while maintaining the brand’s premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team sales targets and oversee client engagement across appointments and events.
• Manage and coach the sales team, maintain sales SOPs and ensure showroom presentation standards.
• Update and optimise the CRM system, keeping client records accurate and current.
• Develop and implement sales tactics, pricing strategies and discount policies.
• Plan, coordinate and execute customer events, handling logistics, product preparation and on‑site client acquisition.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain invoices, and ensure 100 % compliance with inventory recording and product handling procedures.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury or jewellery sectors.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Excellent client‑relationship skills with a focus on delivering premium service.
• Ability to handle inventory processes, event logistics and detailed reporting with strict compliance.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and refining CRM strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems (any platform).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools for reporting.
