Senior Sales Consultant (Training Solutions)

About the role

Timeo-Performance, a training and talent development consultancy serving companies across Asia-Pacific, is hiring a Senior Sales Consultant (Training Solutions) in Singapore. You will manage your own portfolio and help achieve the client acquisition roadmap in APAC by promoting and selling training programmes, including digital and blended learning solutions tailored to clients' business needs. The role is both hunter and farmer.

Key responsibilities

• Help formulate business strategies to identify new markets and opportunities
• Hunt for new clients through networking and meetings with C-level stakeholders
• Contact targeted clients, present the value proposition and qualify opportunities
• Present the portfolio of services, draft commercial proposals and close deals
• Follow up on project delivery to ensure client satisfaction
• Promote the brand with the Marketing team and report on market trends and customer expectations
• Report regularly and update CRM tools
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and own client loyalty and satisfaction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and above
• At least 5 years of experience building and selling training programmes in Asia
• Proven sales track record and experience selling to various levels of seniority
• Experience managing a small team of Junior Sales Consultants
• Passion for sales, pragmatic attitude and exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Aptitude for learning new technology and systems, and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
